1. Product purpose

WA Exporter is a browser extension designed to help users export content available in their own signed-in WhatsApp Web session. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of exported data complies with applicable law, contractual obligations and the rights of other people.

2. Authorized use

You may use WA Exporter only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorized to access, export, store or process. Do not use the product to bypass authentication, access another person’s account without permission, or violate privacy rights.

3. WhatsApp and third-party services

WA Exporter is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp Web, Chrome and Dodo Payments are third-party services whose availability, interfaces and policies can change.

4. FREE and PRO features

WA Exporter may offer free and paid features. The current intended PRO offer is a recurring subscription priced at USD 7.99 per month for one active device, subject to the pricing and terms shown at checkout. Paid functionality remains available only while the subscription and associated license are valid.

5. License use and device limit

PRO licenses are personal to the purchaser unless otherwise stated and are limited to one active device at a time. You may not resell, publish, share or distribute license keys or attempt to circumvent feature gating, activation limits or license validation. Moving the license to another device may require deactivating the current device first.

6. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Recurring billing, cancellation, refunds and payment processing are handled through the payment provider and are subject to the terms shown at checkout and any consumer rights required by applicable law. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, is put on hold, refunded or otherwise becomes invalid, PRO access may be disabled according to the license lifecycle.

7. Availability and compatibility

The product is provided on an as-available basis. Changes to WhatsApp Web, Chrome, browser APIs or operating systems may temporarily affect functionality and may require product updates.

8. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Exporter is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or fitness for a particular legal, archival or compliance purpose. Always verify important exports and keep your own backups.

9. Limitation of responsibility

You are responsible for how you use, store, transmit or disclose exported content. The product should not be used as the sole source for legal evidence, regulatory archiving or mission-critical backups without independent verification.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated as the product, pricing, licensing model or platform requirements evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
